Why Am I Not Able To Print In Rollo Printer?

For Windows

If the green light on your Rollo printer is on and you are still unable to print labels, then your Rollo printer must be linked to a new USB connection. This means your Rollo printer has been entirely re-registered, and your previous print queue jobs are no longer able to locate your printer when it is connected. Follow these instructions to resolve this problem:

  1. On your Windows PC, open the Control Panel and choose Printers and Scanners.
  2. Your Rollo printer is now active after that scanning the printer devices.
  3. Now you can start printing your label with the installed paper.  

Unplug your USB cable and lug it back if your Rollo printer is still appearing as inactive. Wait for your Windows system to detect your printer after re-plugging your USB.  

For Mac

If you’re having trouble printing with your Mac, follow the below steps:

  1. First of all, remove your USB cable from your Mac.
  2. After that, turn off your Rollo printer and unplug the power cable from the power supply.
  3. Then on your mac, navigate to the printer list on your Mac’s printer page. You will see a pop-up requesting you to restart your printer.
  4. Then a popup will appear to download your Mac driver and download the Mac driver.
  5. Connect your printer USB cable to the power source after installing the Rollo driver.
  6. Once your Rollo printer has restarted, switch it on while holding down the top circular button and wait until you hear two beeps in a row.  
  7. The green light on your Rollo printer will then light. Your printer will then print a self-test automatically if you continue to hold down the circular-shaped button on top of the device.
  8. After doing the test, connect your Rollo USB printer to your Mac.

Techniques For Fixing Small-Sized Fonts On My Labels

To fix small letters on your labels, follow these below steps:

  1. Firstly, go to the printer icon in the printer list.
  2. Then tap on Printing Preferences on your Rollo printer.
  3. After that, navigate to Options to adjust your default paper settings.
  4. Now to increase your small-sized fonts, change your paper size to 100 mm × 150 mm or more.
  5. You may also increase your font size according to your preferences.
